A failing roof is one of the most damaging problems a homeowner can face. Water ingress spreads quickly and the costs escalate fast. Cheshire Bespoke Build’s in-house roofing team has been working on roofs across Cheshire for over 27 years — from pitched slate and tile roofs to flat roof systems and dormer constructions. We carry out new roofs, full re-roofs, and targeted repairs, always using quality materials and proper fixing methods.

Why choose us
- No shortcuts on materials or fixing
- We don’t use cheap materials or cut-rate fixings. Every roof we build is specified to last, with proper batten sizes, correct tile overlap, and quality underlay as standard.
In-house roofers on every project
- Roofing is too important to subcontract. Our own roofers work on every project that involves a roof — extensions, loft conversions, and standalone re-roofing jobs alike.
No deposit, full transparency
- We give you a clear scope and price before starting any roofing work. No deposit is required — you pay in stages as work is completed and signed off.
FAQs
How do I know if my roof needs replacing or just repairing?
We offer a free roof inspection and will give you an honest assessment. In many cases, a targeted repair is sufficient. We’ll never recommend a full re-roof unless it’s genuinely needed.
What’s the best flat roof material?
EPDM rubber and GRP fibreglass are both excellent long-term solutions. EPDM is flexible and very durable; GRP is extremely hard-wearing and seamless. We’ll advise on the best option for your roof.
How long does a full re-roof take?
A typical three-bedroom house re-roof takes 3–5 days in good weather. We always check the forecast and plan roofing work to avoid leaving a property exposed overnight wherever possible.
