Poor tiling is impossible to ignore — and once it’s on the wall, it’s expensive to put right. Cheshire Bespoke Build’s in-house tiling team has been laying tiles across Cheshire for over 27 years. We work to tight tolerances, use the right adhesives for each substrate, and take the time to prepare surfaces properly before a single tile goes up. The result is tiling that looks perfect and stays that way.

Why choose us
Why our tiling is different
- Preparation makes the finish
- We never rush preparation. The right waterproofing, priming, and levelling before tiling begins is what keeps tiles on the wall and grout lines clean for years to come.
Part of the wider project team
Because our tilers work alongside our plumbers and plasterers on the same project, the sequencing is right every time. No tiling over a surface that hasn’t set or dried properly.
No deposit, straightforward pricing
- We give you a clear price per job and don’t ask for a deposit. Whether tiling is a standalone job or part of a bathroom installation, the payment terms are the same.
FAQs
Can you supply tiles as well as fit them?
Yes — we can supply tiles or work with tiles you’ve already purchased. If you need advice on specification, format, or grout colour, our team is happy to help.
How do you handle large format tiles?
Large format tiles require a perfectly flat substrate and specialist adhesive. Our team has extensive experience with 600×600, 1200×600, and larger formats across both walls and floors.
Can you regrout existing tiles without replacing them?
In many cases, yes. If your tiles are in good condition but the grout has discoloured or crumbled, regrouting can transform the appearance. We’ll assess and advise.
