    We’ve been building and renovating homes across Cheshire for over 27 years. In that time we’ve completed hundreds of projects — from single room renovations to full house extensions and loft conversions. That experience means we’ve seen almost every challenge a building project can throw up, and we know how to handle it without it becoming your problem.

    No — never. Every trade on every project is carried out by our own in-house team. That includes joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, electrics, brickwork, roofing, groundwork, painting, and screeding. This is one of the things that genuinely sets us apart. You get one team, one standard of quality, and one point of contact throughout your project.

    Yes — genuinely. We never ask for a deposit before work begins. We believe trust has to be earned, not paid for upfront. Instead, we work to an agreed milestone payment schedule. You pay at set stages throughout the project, and only once you’re satisfied with the work completed at each stage. It’s how we’ve always worked, and it’s one of the reasons our clients trust us.
