We keep every project straightforward with clearly agreed stages from start to finish. An initial payment covers materials and setup, followed by staged payments as work progresses. Each milestone is discussed in advance, with the final balance due on completion and handover.

A first payment is required to cover initial materials, planning, and project setup. This allows us to begin work efficiently.

That includes joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, electrics, brickwork, roofing, groundwork, painting, and screeding. This is one of the things that genuinely sets us apart.
